I have built a matrix report and I would like to have each level be shown on a different tab when I export the report to Excel. Is this possible?
This is possible using the "Show Sheets" option in the matrix report builder. We call this a Repeating Report. Once you select the "Show Sheets" button (next to the "Save" icon) an additional axis will appear at the bottom of the report builder. Here you can drag and drop the levels you would like to have as tabs on your report. When you run the report to Excel you should then see a separate tab for each level included on this axis. If you want to include an entire rollup of levels, you can simply drag the parent level to this area and then Right-click>Manage Hierarchy to expand the whole rollup.
