Populate Reports

Explains how to populate OfficeConnect reports with new or updated data.

After defining the basic account and time data that you want to show in your report, you can pull in the connected Adaptive Planning data and view your report.

You can refresh data for the current worksheet, selected worksheets if you have multiple ones are open, or all worksheets. In addition, you can refresh a selection of one or more rows or one or more columns.

To pull in the Adaptive data and view the resulting report:

Click Refresh from the OfficeConnect tab > Design group.

A progress bar appears briefly while OfficeConnect retrieves data from your Adaptive Planning data source.
The data appears in the cells of the worksheet according to your report design.

OfficeConnect automatically widen columns to accommodate large numbers. Click Book Properties from the OfficeConnect tab > Book group. On the Format tab under Column Display, clear the Autofit columns and refresh the data. Click OK. Columns do not narrow with shorter data, but you can do that manually if necessary.
