Why is "Set as default for all users" in Display Options on a sheet not updating the view settings for me and other current users?
"Set as default for all users" (shown in screenshot below) applies only to new users who access the sheet. Each user account in an instance has their own sheet view settings. Users have the option to customize what they want displayed on a sheet (what years, months, and quarters and if "suppress rows if all zeros or blank" is on). These view settings will be saved to each user account.
When "Set as default for all users" is selected this will not apply to the user making the new display settings or to users who have accessed the sheet before. It will only apply to brand new users who have not loaded the sheet and saved their own Display Options.
