Account is using an incorrect currency conversion


Why are my accounts not converting correctly? As you can see in the screenshot £3000 is converting to $3000 at the top level.


The first thing to check is that you have entered the Exchange rates correctly for the time period in question and that the rate for GBP/USD is not set to 1 or 0.

If the exchange rates for the period in question have are correct so GBP/USD then you can check the Account Settings for the affected account. Please check the account details for the account in question as shown in the screenshot below to ensure it is set to Display as “Currency”, so that the currency conversion occurs.

After changing this to currency you should find that the behaviour is corrected to perform the correct calculation as shown below.
