I am able to import data to the Personnel Sheet in the Budget Version, but the Personnel Sheet is not an option when importing to the Actuals Version. How can I import Actuals to the Personnel Sheet?
Before you can import data into the Actuals Version on a Modeled Sheet, the Modeled Sheet first needs to be made available in the Actuals Version. To do this, you can take the following steps:
- Open the Admin screen and select Manage Sheets on Levels
- Click Edit next to the Personnel Sheet (Or click on Personnel Sheet - both links will take you to the Sheet Builder)
- Click on the Properties icon
- Open the Settings tab
- Check the "Available in Actuals Version" box
- Save the sheet.
Once the sheet has been made available in the Actuals Version, you will be able to select the Personnel Sheet in the "Import into Sheet" section when the Actuals is selected as the "Import Type" on the Import Data screen.
