Can you please clarify what the “Level Access” column means in the Manage your Organization Structure screen?
The level access in the Manage Organization Structure screen shows the users that have direct ownership/access to the selected levels. If a user has access to parent level, the user will have implied access to the child levels even if the user is not a direct owner of the child level. This may be the case if the users name is not displaying on each of the child levels. It is possible to add the user as a direct owner of the parent level and the child level. If the users name appears in the level access column on the screen, then that user has direct access to the level. Please keep in mind the Workflow notifications are based on direct owners of levels when assigning level access to users.
